Join your students in this exciting and spiritually powerful event for the school children of the world. It’s Easy! Plan a simple one hour or less Children’s Holy Hour program, including the children of the world singing the winning song before the Blessed Sacrament, from the National Catholic School Children’s “Prayer of Petition Contest.”

Then on October 7th ~ 2005, join in! Simply gather the children to celebrate their Holy Hour of “Song and Prayer” either as a Diocesan fieldtrip to your Cathedral, School or Parish or by simply walking to your parish church or Adoration Chapel, for a “Year of the Eucharist” closing celebration for children.

This powerful event gives children the opportunity to unite their prayers with the prayers of other children throughout the world, for their own family problems, for life, and children praying for all the suffering children of the world. What an opportunity to teach children the spirit of being spiritual missionaries.

It’s simple it’s something we can all do and it’s just about free. A Letter has been sent to every Bishop and Catholic Elementary School Principal in the United States, announcing the “Prayer of Petition” contest and this World-wide Holy Hour for children. Please take a moment say a prayer and do what you can to help make this a day our world’s children will never forget.

* Don’t forget to take a look at the possibility of gathering families for a
in your Diocese or Parish.

Together, let us petition the "Queen of the Most Holy Rosary" to appear before the throne of her Divine Son, with arms filled with millions of Rosaries prayed by innocent children for their own Families, for Life, and all the suffering Children of the world.
