We thank every child who has presented their "Petition of Prayer" to Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament. The top three winning entries will be choosen with a great deal of prayer. We hope children throughout the United States and world will join us and visit Jesus on October 7th Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, as School Children's closing celebration for the "Year of the Eucharist."
Here is a partial list of the dioceses who participated.

Dear Mr. Marthaler,

Thank you for your letter of February 25th, 2005 regarding the “Petition of Prayer Contest” sponsored by your organization for Catholic school children. I am grateful that the Archdiocese of Atlanta has an opportunity to participate.

I have forwarded the information explaining the program to our Superintendant of Catholic Schools who will pass it along to the school principals

May God continue to bless the good work of your organization.

Sincerely in Christ,

Wilton D. Gregory,
Archbishop of Atlanta

“Thank you for this opportunity to focus on the Blessed Sacrament and for children to write prayers. We went to the Adoration Chapel which touched the children. One of them said, "It is so quiet. You can actually feel Jesus in there." We will pray for your work through the decision process. What an opportunity to pray a lot! - reading all those prayers from the mouths of babes as you go through the selection process.” God Bless!

“I think this is an awesome way to inspire the youth of the Church!! May the Holy Spirit guide them to the Truth!!
